No problem for new applicants you'll be glad to hear, but there are about 2000-4000 people who had completed all that was required of them and met ALL the departments criteria only for a scammer to ruin it for us all and the department withdrew from a scheme from which we were hoping to get the final five points (right at the end of the application process after many had sold their homes and spent a lot of money and time applying to emmigrate). The rules can change for anyone at anytime (see also the pathway D thread) if you can give your support to those affected it would be greatly appreciated - I wish you every success in your own application..to be honest I think we've all been exceptionally unlucky..if your interested in seeing more just follow the link in my signature.
