Meds question
Hi all,
I know meds questions are covered loads but can anyone whose done their form filling tell me this:
1. Do you need to put on the meds form that your children have been immunised?
I haven't filled in the form yet, but I'm not sure about this as I don't see immunisation as treatment. However, some guidance would certainly be appreciated!
Thanks

Thanx for the reply but it doesn't ask you that on the form?
I mean the nearest question is very vague it asks 'have you ever had any medical, physical, psychological or other treatment in the last 5 years.'
Should I put immunisation under this question or not? I don't see it as treatment, but then again I don't want to get it wrong either.
Cheers

For me personally I would prefer the case officer thought I was silly for mentioning something I didnt need to rather than refuse my application because I didnt give all the info I should have.

Re: Meds question
You have to take a list of the immunisations to the medical. We just got the GP to print it out. I don't know if they send it to Adelaide. We were worried because we did'nt let them have MMR but should'nt have. Sorry, teas going cold, husband shouting. Bye, muzzwoman
