we had allready had our meds done when 2 days later recieved apps from adelaide saying passports must be shown to doc for proof of ID, but app forms ask for passport no' in brackets(if you have one)it all seems a bit misleading to me.

Our whole application has been handled by Adelaide. Our son's passport came
through the day before the medical but we phoned Adelaide who stated that
the Dr might be willing to do the medical without it but he has the right to
refuse. So, we phone the Dr & he said no problem at all, as it turned out we
had it with us.

Hope this helps.

If the child is on the passport of Mum or dad then they just write the adult passport number on the childs medical form.
My daughter was on our adult passports when we had the medicals but we have since got her her own. By the way its a good time to get one - ours came back in less than a week.

But what if the children arent coming with you and you dont have a passport for them? Will the Doc still continue?
