Medicals & Police clearance

Hi all,
hope evry1 doing well.I have received my PCC & medicals two days before.I have lodged my application during May 2003. i wish to know whether the pcc & medicals would be requested only after meeting the basic requirments & points or will they will request before processing too.I am expecting suggestions from any one.

This is a difficult one. I have read in this forum about job references being checked by DIMIA even after DIMIA requested for PCC and medicals. That means that DIMIA was still verifying the application even after medicals.
