Medicals - how do I check?
Afternoon all
Our medicals were sent to Sydney on the 3rd May, can somebody tell me how I check
a - if they have been received
and
b - what stage they are at?

Sorry Wendy - must be a touch of something else - we will be a little while yet. Still waiting for Police checks to come to us, AoS are having their interview with centrelink next mon and we need to lodge a bond too ($5000)
Think it will be July before we have a GOT IT thread!!

Our meds were also done in UK, but I think it depends on the Visa class you apply for as to where they send them. They looked down a list for the visa and said "ah, they will go to Sydney"

they'll email you back saying 'processed' if they have been processed.
I have still to work out whether 'processed' means "you're ok....no further checkes needed"
or
"they're on the system....and in a couple of months we many need to request further tests"
on a plus point...if u have something serious ...like AIDS...then the doc who did your meds should notify you.

I know of another who was referred back to doctor to get appointment with whatever specialist in field. I was told that e-mailing could hold up application
