Medical & xray forms
I want to front load my 136 PR application (nurse). If I request the forms by post from AHC how long do they take? Am I better going there for their 9-11am opening?

We got ours in 2 days after requesting them

I think these are the forms you will need and they are sent from Australia House-London.
Forms 26 and 160 (if a chest x-ray is required)-
follow the link below and contact Australia House (via email) and they will send them to you
