Default medical issue...do i need to mention???

HI i was a dental nurse and had a needle stick injury and as precaution i decided to take anti hiv tablets in case the patient was infected.

The patient has advised he did not have hiv or any virus but i took this measure as precaution only.. do you think i would need to mention this on the medical?

Does anyone think this might mean i fail the medical as i maybe a risk ?

Any views would be appreciated

When was the needle stick injury? Has enough time passed for you to have an HIV test? If so, and you have had a negative test, then no need to mention it.
