Medical Help Needed Please, A Few Personal Questions I Need Answering.
Hi All,
I am currently completing mine and the hubbies medicals forms we need to take when we have our medicals.
There is a couple of questions on there which I need some answers / advice on, but they are rather personal.
Anybody that has recently completed these forms; I need your help !!!
