Hello,
I am finally at the last stages of my application.
, Hopefully everything works out.
I have sent the medicals which have been referred, I had a look around and found out that this is the normal procedure, however it has taken more than 10 days for my medicals to be approved by HOC.
Is there a way I could contact them and follow up on my medicals, do they have a link, email or something I could followup my Medical status. Any help would be much appreciated.

Medicals are referred for numerous reasons, even something like asthma. Doesn't mean there will be a problem, necessarily, just that a doctor needs to review it.

Loads of medicals are referred. Very few visas are refused on medical grounds so try not to worry.
Ten days is not abnormal, if a medical is referred there is usually a two to three week before someone looks at the file. There is an email address for HOC, I wull dig it out later. I contacted them as I was concerned about my file going missing as we did not put the TRN number on our medical forms. I contacted them a couple of times, they didn't answer until the day my visa was granted, nevertheless I can send it you when I find it.

If your medical is referred it has to be reviewed by a medical panel rather than just passed by a Case Officer. If there is a problem, or they need more reports, they will contact you/.

if health requirments show as finalized does it mean no futher repots are required and the application is processed further?

You're trying to make things more complicated than necessary or you have not yet completed IELTS. If you've had xrays and medicals done and the CO has received them and studied them and then updated the online status as health requirements finalised then they are finalised. There may be other stuff still waiting for checking or approval but health requirements are finalised, completed, finished with.

How simple do you want it? Your medical requirements - according to your online status, which is NOT gospel - have been finalised. That doesn't mean they have been passed, it doesn't mean the visa has been granted, it doesn't mean anything except that the requirement has been finalised.
