Medical condition "blacklist"?
Hi!
Just wondering if there is any way to obtain a list of medical
conditions (apart from the obvious ones) that the Australian government
would deem to be a tax on the health system, and therefore be a reason
to deny my fiance a prospective marriage visa.
Thanx in advance!

I don't thimk there is such a thing, as a lot can depend on severity of individual conditions, and even on which vsia class you are applying for. Spouse visa (inc Prospective Marriage) for example, do have a waiver system apparently, which can mean the rules applied less stringently.
Maybe try contacting an agent that specialises in medical issues, such as Peter Bollard, they may have more details on particular conditions.
