Dear All,
Please help me as i applied for VE 175 & in Dec 09 i submitted state sponsorship & it converted into 176.Now when i print my FORM 26EH & 160EH , Visa category printed on it is 175.Should i submit this form or should i submit manual form with 176 mentioned on it?

It doesn't matter, its the same medical.

If you confident enough about your application status change and your application status is showing online GSM 176 instead GSM 175 then, simple download blank 26EH and 160EH and write down the correctly by yourself.
DIAC accept both type of 26EH, 160EH form.
