MD doctor Migrate process to Australia

I am a medical doctor, who holds a MBBS and MD (Radiology) from Sri Lanka and have 6 years of experience. I want to get the PR and migrate to Australia Could someone please advise me how to do the skill assessment and what't the procedure for this.
