Re: March 2010 Visa Applicants
I am afraid too, but this will gona happened, we cant do anything in this regard, I wish DIAC could announce some news about new priority processing.
I am confused about the following written in my 176 SS approval
"State sponsorship approvals are valid for 6 months. If Eligibility Lists for Victorian Government State sponsorship are updated, resulting in an occupation being removed from the Lists, approved State sponsorships for any removed occupations will be honoured up to the validity date of the sponsorship"
So what would be the future of applicants like me, If I couldn't get the Visa grant within 6 months by DIAC, which chances are very less, I am asking that coz my profession is not in the current SOL and not sure it would be in the proposed State Migration Plans (SMP's).
Thx!
