maiden/married name dilema
Hi
I am applying for a spouse visa (47sp), I applied for my police check in my married name, noting down my maiden name, is that OK?
I have medicals and x-rays this week, using maiden name passport as ID, then I will send for new one in new name.
What I want to know is it OK for all these documents to have both names on as long as I send both passports with my application?
Thanxs
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
I dont think it will matter which name you are going to use Most likely ,as a guide , it would pay to use the name which is in your passport and on your application form

Most - if not all - police check forms require you to fill in ALL surnames used, that includes your maiden name.
