At last... :-)
The department must be working their tails off to get as many early xmas pressies out this year (judging by how many visa grants there have been this week).
We were stunned to get a call from our Agent in the middle of the night to tell us that we got it.
: rofl:
We must be one of the longest standing applicants for this visa and only scraped through as one of the last applicants eligible for the Capital Investment Scheme (it was scrapped on 30th November by most treasuries - we made our deposit on 3rd December and luckily it was accepted).
In the two years we have been waiting for this visa we have:
Finished a 6 month round the world tour (with two kiddies in tow)
Had another baby (hence the delay)
Renovated a house
Qualified
What a fabbo day.

I see we have the same "roots" as I am originally from Pretoria , no living in Manchester UK! Hope to be in Oz mid 2008!
