Laptop, electronics custom duties??

Is there any oz customs guideline on the internet saying which things are exempted from duties and whict aren't.

I have a laptop and some electronics that I want to bring in. Will they receive high custom duties??

Normally laptops etc, which are plainly for your own use they just ignore.
