I am a Biochemist (vetassess assessment under progress I need expert advice regarding my chance to immigrate either temporary or permanent after 1st July 2012.

If you're looking for expert advice you need to contact an expert. Expect to pay for his/her services. Make sure they are MARA registered

Absolutely no one can tell you. However what you can do is check out the DIAC website, and Visa Wizard after July 1st and see what choice, if any, you have.
