Just found out moving would mean switching Embassy offices
I was just checking around DIMA and found out that this would mean I would apply
orig. at Washington office but would later be in area served by Los Angeles office.
Can this be transferred or would I just keep using Washington?I'd have added this
near my post but it isn't showing yet.
