What is Verification???, today i rang Immigration and found that my application is in verification state, once verification done , case officer will get back to me.

It should be " job verification", meaning they are checking with with your past and present employers, If you are from a high risk country the process might take little longer, mostly it is done by the Australian high commission in your country.

Thanks for your reply, how can i check the status of the Job verification? in the online system i do not see any provision.
