Dear All,

While sending the certified copy of documents.
should I bind then with string after punching or should I use a folder.

I dont want to loose any document becoz of wrong handling of postel department.

I didnt find any documentation about it on imm.gov.com.

Please suggest.

Do not bind your documents, or punch holes in them. I will just leave it loose. You can use TCS perhaps, for better postal handling.

Please let me know

1. I have uploaded most of the documents in colour PDF format and few
scaned certified copy. ,
Do I need to post hard copies of all documents immediately as my agent suggest me to send only when CO asked ?

2. I am SAP consultant and ACS letter mention
2231-79 SAP Specialist , but when I applied online , I didn't found catgori
2231-79 SAP Specialist and applied under "2231-79 not elsewhere mentioned".

Please suggest will I get CSL priority ??? or I need to inform them .

Around How much time take for 175 (modl + csl )application
to get CO assigned.

Application being processed further means somebody has looked at your application and may be put in a cue for assigning a CO.

175 CSL can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months for CO to be assigned.

I need help to prepare a StatutoryDeclaration in order to declare my name misspelling in my eucational documents. , I have prepared one but need to get varified by someone Who has excellent written skills & has knowledge to prepare such(legal) documents.

MAIN PART OF StatutoryDeclaration
.............make the following declaration:
1. Correct spelling of my name in English language is CORRECT_NAME, which is mentioned in my Passport PASSPORT_NUMBER.
2. Following is the list of documents where my name is misspelled.
LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS
3. From the list it can be observed that same authority who released a set of document have correct and misspelled name in different document. I believe, it was due to different way of pronunciations of the persons responsible for release of document.
4. All above listed documents referring to me (CORRECT_NAME) only.
I understand that a person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence under ...............

my medicals finalised today..all other documents already met and PCC uploaded a month back...just waiting for grant or any further word from CO now!!! :)

today i received an email from CO support officer asking for an explanation "what i was doing for two months between HSSC completion and starting studies at engineering university?"on form 80 as i did not mention anything initially on form80 for this two 2 months period!!!anyways i responded and replied with explanation and updated form80 to include that IDLE time.this was idle time for me coz people take entry tests during this period in Pakistan.atleast things are moving!thats kool:fingerscrossed:
any comment plz!

At my “Document Checklist” it is showing

12/03//2010 Form 160EH - Radiologist report on chest x-ray Received
12/03/2010 Form 26EH - Medical Examination for an Australian visa Received

It is showing “Received” instead of “Met”.

AND

At application status is showing “Health requirements finalized” as,

09/03/2010 Health requirements finalised
05/03/2010 Further medical results referred
05/03/2010 Further medical results referred
05/03/2010 HIV blood test referred

Is it means my Health requirements are finalized?
