Hi folks,

I hope I'm not duplicating a thread (haven't seen a January 2010 thread yet).

My wife, two young sons, and I just lodged our subclass 176 (family sponsorship) application today. We've been working through the migration agent Ian Harrop - who has been excellent.

We're Canadian and currently live in Ottawa. I work in marketing, and my wife is a public health consultant. We're hoping to settle in Sydney, where my wife has an aunt.

Here's hoping that the process takes less than three years!

hi all,
I applied on 7th january 2010.VE 176(Family sponsored)MODL and CSL.
all documents except PCC and meds changed to "Met"on 1st February 2010 & Status changed to "application is being processed further".No contact from CO for meds and PCC as yet!!!
