Not heard of him personally...but its up to you who you go with as personal choice and cost. we are using www.ianharrop.co.uk and he has been excellent for us and his charges are competitive. Hope someone can support your question for you in a fuller way.

By the way...your solicitors mara reg has been in place for a long time which suggests he is a reliable one.
