Default Incorrect information from DIAC

Hi all,
My online application (GSM 175) has not evident a single status change since the date of lodgement for more than 8 months and there is no processing sign at all. On the advice of some members, I raised a PLE two months back and I got a response that my application is under routine processing and a case officer is reviewing it on regular basis to finalize it as soon as possible. My application bears the same status till today so I raised another PLE and today I got the response from them that brought some issues. I would specially like to discuss two things from there with members for their advice.
1. They say my application has not yet been assigned to any case officer which is contradictory to their previous response to my PLE that my application is under routine processing and has been continuously reviewed by a case officer and they'll contact me in case they need some more documents. But now they say my application is not yet assigned to a case officer....isn't it strange...
2. They say that since my nominated profession is not on CSL so my application cannot be processed further at this stage. This is incorrect and my nominated profession '2231-79 Computing Professional – .Net technologies' is there in the CSL. I have a positive assessment that clearly qualifies me as .NET technologies specialist.
Please advise, what to do? How to correct them? On which email address should I contact them? Any other suggestion/advice plz...
Regards

Point out all this issues in another PLE. This is really crap. What is the point of having this online status system, if it is not updated even once a year.

It is good idea to share your timelines in the signature, So that the forum members get clear picture of your case.

Send them a PLE and tell them you are on CSL. I am also bearing 2231-79 (.Net Specialist) and I am on CSL. I confirmed my CSL status my sending them PLE.
Another problem could be that you may have chosen wrong occupation code while submitting application. In your application it should be 2231-79(nec). What code did you select???
Once you are on CSL I hope the rest of problems shall be solved automatically.

au_immig is right. In the online form, the occupation choice list doesn't show the asco code, so many people make mistakes here.I also made mistake, but in a reply to my PLE they said that I am not in CSL even though acs papers show that I am in csl. They requested a correction form 1023, I sent it and they put me in CSL.
