Dears,
I have a close relative who want to migrate to Australia, he was in USA for a long time ago on tourist visa, but he exceed this visa limit.

he raise a case on the court to stay at the country as he has 2 daughters, and both of them have the USA citizen, but he loose this case, so he come back home again, and he is now in Egypt.

his wife have same case as him, and she is accountant, and she is 39 years old.

can they immigrate to Australia via the skilled immigration program, and will break the USA visa limit will affect their case? "they have no criminal records on USA"

do anyone have same situation or know anyone with same situation?
what is the chance of successfully immigrate to Australia?

any advice will be appreciated.

Your friend's agent does not need to be in Egypt. They can be anywhere in the world. The only thing is that your friend should make sure that the agent they choose is MARA registered and in good standing and familiar with the type of situation you describe.

George Lombard comes to mind. He's in Sydney and you can find his details by doing either a Google search or searching the forum.
