I'm not alone in waiting
Just thought I'd put keyboard to screen and say that I only discovered this site a
few days ago and although it doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy that I'm not the
only one, waiting, waiting, waiting .... for a decision on my application, at least
it's cooled my paranoia that I was the only one being ignored. I've even learnt that
I can call myself an "IT'er".
I'm a UK citizen living in the US and have applied through the Washington office. The
only ray of sunshine I've had from Washington was that I asked them if all my
documents etc ... were in order and was there anything missing, they got back to me
saying they had everything they required, this at least made me think that some
carbon based unit had reviewed my application, probably not but it keeps me going.
Anyhow, the postings on this site are really sensible and the community seems eager
to help each other. I'm certainly going to "check" in every few days.
