Default i don't want AHC should contact my employer

hello to everyone,
i am very new to this thread and i am just applying for my TRA next week. The thing is that i am working as a bricklayer in small construction company for more than two years but i don't want that AHC should contact my employer because there are great chances of getting promotion in future in my company, so i don't want let my company know about my future plans.
Next thing is that what documents should i send to AHC to make sure that they don't contact my employer? even if they contact, how they will contact?
thanks for your replies

You can request that they do not contact them and make sure you give as much evidence of employment as possible - pay-slips every three months throughout the last 4 years of experience - P45/60 covering last 4 years, copies of any tax returns if relevant.
