I am such an idiot
Sigh... I sent my assessment to IEAust last monday (11th September) by regular mail. I'm such an idiot... I should have couriered it and not tried to save the little bit of money 
I mean, it's Wednesday the next week already, and still nothing deducted from my credit card

Don't beat yourself up over it - what difference is a few more days going to make in the grand scheme of things. Lots of people are waiting on acknowledgements at the moment anyway, there's no guarantee that anything would have happened by now even if you had couriered it.
