I found out the hard way, when I transferred $2000, and found I only had a balance of $1990!
They've never charged me anything.

It probably depends on how you transfer the money. I did an interbank transfer from First Direct - I think they call it a 'foriegn priority payment'.

Is this the same as how you did yours?
