Default HR Manager

Hi All

Feeling somewhat overwhelmed with information so if anyone could provide clarity I would be most grateful. I am a HR Manager CIPD level 7 qualified and a Certified Member. I run the HR function for the UK sites in a global IT company but I work within an MSP so don’t actually work for the company in which I have responsibility. I have over 3 direct reports who look after other sites for me but their reports also work for the IT company not our company.... I cannot for the life of me work out whether my status meets the requirements of the skills assessment..... Anyone able to help?...... Does it make things easier if I find a HR role within my company and ask them to act as a Sponsor?

Many Thanks

I think this is one for a migration agent. Though I wouldn't recommend the sponsorship route. 1, now very hard to get after the rule changes and very increased costs. 2, it is usually only a temp visa which comes with a lot of issues.
