How long from med to visa on 457?

How long from med to visa on 457?
Hi Guys....title says it all really.
All 5 of us have had meds finalised.....aplication for visa was lodged 19th May 2007, last of the meds where finalised on Friday 27th June...having had cock up with DD (they told us she only needed x-ray....turned out she needed a med as well.)
So was wondering how long till we get our visa.....assuming we actually get it
