How long for app receipt/credit card debit?

How long for app receipt/credit card debit?
My app was logged as delivered by the courier almost 3 days ago and I have not received a confirmation email, neither has my credit card be debited, is this normal or how long does it normally take. (it's a 136 skilled independent...)

Thanks guys, wow a few days to a weeks - guess i've gotta learn some patience - i'll keep checking the inbox...
