How Long?
Hi Everyone
I had submitted my application for Skilled Independent in July 2002. I had submitted my PCC and Medicals along with the application. After a long wait, I finally hear back from DIMIA in Nov 2002 asking me to take my medicals and PCC again. I send them in Dec 2003
Then in early Feb 2004 they asked me to send them the original HIV reports too. Which i sent them two weeks back. Now hopefully they have all the documents that they need.
Does any of the experts know how long it usually would take DIMIA to make a decision after this stage?
Also, i was wondering if I was to get my PR stamped and then come back to my home country and continue my current employment for the next couple of years. Does that effect the chances of my PR being reniewed once my 5 years are up.
