How fast are 175 csl applications going through?

How fast are 175 csl applications going through?
I had an email yesterday from a Migration Agent updating the current migration situation.
It states that since the September changes and due to getting through the back log of applications, CSL applications are processing in 4 months and even less in some cases!
Is this true?
I may be there before next christmas!!

We applied for the 175 csl on 28th Feb this year and got our case officer on 26th Aug and the visa shortly after.... in total it was about 7 months which isn't a long time at all...

What it seemed to imply is they are even quicker now since the changes in september (not sure what they were).
To have it all done within a year is exciting!

In my case it was only 3 months ( 175 visa and HR country) , so good luck :-)

The processing times for 175 varies pretty much, it depends on case to case. As mentioned in the link provided by Dorothy earlier, this is not timeline site just a forum to share our views and help each other.
