I don't know much about this but I've been told that some immigration agents are granted
one day marriage visas in one day.

Just exactly how does this work?

Do two days after marriage you can have a bridging visa?

Hi Robert,

I'm only guessing regarding what you are referring to....

I know after I married my Australian husband, when I submitted my paperwork for my spouse
visa, I was told that my visa could have been granted that day if I had been able to
submit my medicals at the same time. (Brisbane office). Due to a backlog, my medicals were
not ready at that time. However, it seems likely that if all my paperwork had been ready
and approved, my visa would have been in my passport upon leaving the office. If you were
able to have all paperwork ready the day after the marriage, I am extrapolating that it
would work the same way.

Squeezle.
