How to apply for STNL ?

Dear All,

I have applied for PR in Oct,2002 under asco 2231-11. I am having 4 years

of experience. I want to know how to apply for STNL ? is it effect my

PR application in any way ? any comment or advice will be greatly help me.

Anybody is having SA or Victoria's address or e- mail address than please let

me know.
