Default Help with Skilled Migration

Hi all,

Im over here on the year WH Visa, and now trying to look for a company sponsor so I can stay – love it over here!!!. In the meantime, I want to start filling in the forms for Skilled Migration as an IT professional. I have been in contact with a company called Go Matilda, to help me through the process, but our rather slack , has anyone used Go Matilda? Or can suggest a better company to use?

Also can anyone give me any advice on the Skills Assessment – Information Technology (Computing) Professional application? – What exactly will it involve? :curse:

Thanks in Advance

Chris

Hi Alan,

was in the week, and have had a reply from your collegue. who does not think i will pass the ACS criteria, for my years of 1st and 2nd line support. However if my CV was read, you would see that i was a Network manager for a large private health care company back home for a fair few years as well as 3rd line support.

If i dont pass, i.e no degree what degree do i need to do? Can i do this in Austraila on a student visa? If i did pass i will still be 5 points short, so what are my options?

Sorry Alan, dont mean to sound rude, or to put your company down. Just a little stressed and trying to gather as much info to help me on my way.

Chris,

I recommend that you continue liaising with Shaun. He is better placed than me at the moment to advise on the specifics of your options.

Best regards.

Hi Chris,

Happy to offer a second opinion on your CV - we have considerable expertise in IT.

Cheers,

George Lombard
