I tried Skillselect (Gas or Petroleum Operator - 399212) but it says

You need to get your skills assessed with TRA (http://www.immi.gov.au/asri/occupati...m-operator.htm). You may also need to take IELTS depending on where you are from.
Also, as your occupation is on the CSOL and not SOL you will need either employer or state sponsorship, so would not be eligible for a 189 visa and need to look at the others. Have a look here - http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/1119.pdf for more info
