Default Help to provide all TRA information for chef assessment

hi,
I'm applying to TRA as a chef.I have been chef from '97 i have my
italian qualification translated and I can show 5years continuosly
employement with all training papers, further qualifications, statement
from my managers and all others assessments(look around 80 pages)but i
can't really give all detailed informations about my previous 2 and
half years experience after I left school.
I'm going to write a statement about my qualifications and
experiences(as required in TRA application form)
Is it going to be enough?
Please help...I don't know if I need more to show

Hi Piero,

    >From the information you submitted it is not clear that you will meet
the requirements for the TRA. There are a number of factors that come
into play when the assesor is making a decision. From your information
you said that you were unable to provide information for a 2 1/2 year
period. In normal circumsatnces if you cannot provide adequte
employment inforamtion from previous employers due either to the
company no longer being in business or a poor realtionship with that
employer than. You will need to provide a statutory declerationto
replace the job reference.

I also think there may be an issue over your work experience.

For more information visit

and particular read the information on

I hope this is helpful.

Good luck

hi Kiwi,
Thanks for reply.
Yes,I have done 3 years qualifications and i can show my qualification
and explain in my statement hours and areas covered, but i can't show as
a document...don't do that in Italy
I have also a statement from my first chef(It is hand writing but is on
letterhead paper)but i can't show training papers for this 2 years...
After i have 2 P45 from others 2 employment which is no more then a
year gap...after that I have all possible documentation...should be
enough with this?
thanx a lot
