help needed UK- Aus
My boyfriend is already in australia from the UK on a vistor visa.
Met via the internet etc
He wants to stay with me I want him to stay and we do plan to marry once is
divorce which is already filed is finalised.
He has another 2 months left on his vistitor ETA.
What visas would you recommend applying for so that he can stay here longer
and work (hes an IT tech but will do anything)
Obviously as his divorce isnt finalised its gonna be quite complex and
fiance visa will be probably denied.
Any suggestions or help as to what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
