We are completing Form 47PA .....Part S Checklist page 23 box 12.

I will have 2 of my children living in OZ when my form's gets posted and getting Evidence where they are living is not a problem,but obtaining this for my daughter who is and will be staying in UK seems to be.

My daughter(43) is unapproachable and our relationship ended many years ago...although i know where she lives.

I paid to see a Solicitor to day,who was most unhelpful and total waste of time and money,i visited CAB and was told Residence certificate is not in force in UK, i contacted daughter Elections Office who confirmed she did live at address,but by law was unable to give me any evidence.

I understand why Migration need this information,but what can i send them.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

a stat dec confirming that you were married however many times, had however many children, where they all are living now since when and that you are unable to obtain any proof of residency of your daughter in the UK for whatever reason - list the attempts you have made. At the end of the day it does not matter where she lives, it is only relevant that you state you only ever had 3 children ever.

Evidence of where all your children reside (for example passport,or citizenship or residence certificate.)

I know, but if you can't get, you can't get 0 so it is not a problem as it is not essential evidence to your eligibility for the visa.
