Default Help : Acs

Hi Freinds

Reply my with the following queries

My Sister Wants to apply for skills assessment as a offshore applicant . As Modl is revoked but still she wants to get her skills assessed under Specialization C++ to come under Priority Processing (CSL) issued by DIAC. My question is

1. what is the Appropriate form she needs to fill it up as a offshore Candidate .

Is it form

PASA 1.0 (General)

or

Form PASA 1.2.1

In both the forms there is no Column about the specialization . Will ACS assess automatically about the specialization or do we need to mention is somewhere.

Your reply to the above questions would be Highly

Since i took assessment in 2007 but now lot of changes in ACS processing

Can any one of you guide us in right direction.

Thanks and Regards
Dhama

Hi All
Below is the reply i got form ACS . I am sure about the form now but about the specialisation i am not sure that where to mention as there is no column on from 1.0 . Could some one reply on this issue. Thanks

Hi,

If you have an overseas qualificaiton you will need to fill out form 1.0. If you want to be assessed for MODL you will need to state your specialisation on the form.

hello sir i am new here but mine issue is also related to PASA(1.0) General form
1. I have to fill the PASA form in my own handwriting or i can fill it on computer and get the print and send it to ACS.
2 Should i have to get this form also attested or not
3 The documents which i have to send ACS while applying online sholud be scanned copies of original or attested scanned copies of original.

I will be very thankful to you for reply...Thanks

1. Does not matter as long as you sign in with hand... I think its not specifically written on the form "Must be hand wriitten", if not... feel free to use computer.... I did the same...

2. No need to attest the form, as you are sending orignal... you have to send original

3. Upload scanned copies of orignal if colour, and attest copies of black and whites.. also when sending documents to ACS in mail, all documents must be certified...

sir could you please provide some more info

sir could you please guide me

I have completed 12 years of study (secondary school education) since then i have been working on different posts in IT field.
I dont have any IT related degree. I have certification like MCSE (2005)and RHCE (2009) with a experiance of 7+ years.(i am working since 2003 on regular basis and from 2000 to 2003 part time.
could you please guide me that should i go for RPL or My techinical certification can full fill the eligibility for ICT related degree.
i have read the PASA guideline page 23 it states that
"Following certification courses, either individually or in combination, may be sufficient to meet the qualifications criteria:
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Certified Lotus Professional or Certified Novell Engineer (from 1997)"

please guide me should i go for RPL or i am eligible in group B without RPL
