Sorry if this is a stupid question:
(it is not complicated, but I need to ask):
The telephone number of my workplace has just changed. I know that I need to fill in the form 1022 (change of circumstances) and notify the Department of this change.
What I am not sure about, is the following: What should I write on the envelope except the address of the ASPC and my name on the other side of course? Should I write my receipt number (I only have this one)? I want to be sure that this change will be added to my visa application and documents I have already sent.I still do not have the acknowledgement letter with my client reference number, so I can't write it.
