health undertaking - 815
Does anybody know about form 815 health undertaking? On the back of
the form it says 'required for visa applicants who have evidence of
exposure to tuberculosis...' I don't have so does it mean I don't have
to send it off? If I don't send it, will I be able to register at
Medicare after my arrival to Au?
Help, please!

The Health Undertaking if for applicants whose health the Aus government would like to keep an eye on. Most applicants will not need it. However it is sent to you so that if it is required then you already have the forms.
If you fill in the health undertaking and send it in then it will save time should it be required. If you are confident that you have no health problems, then you don't have to send it in. I did not send mine in and this caused no problems.
You can register for Medicare regardless of whether or not you have filled in a health undertaking.
cheers
