We used them, family of 2 adults plus 2 kids) found them really helpful, friendly and efficient.

we went there for our medicals 2 adults and 2 kids one teenager and they were really good , we were all done together till he needed to ask me something about my depression that he asked the kids to wait outside which i thought was nice,
