Default Guidance need to lodge Spouse visa and how long it may take to get it approved.

hello Friends,

I am Rathna.Jasthi, I am living in Australia on PR(Capital investment) bridging visa, I may get my PR by this month end or next month. So can I lodge spouse visa for my wife (she is in India we got married in last November 2008 ) before I get my PR, if so please guide me with the links to forms, visa class, sub class and most important information I need to remember when dealing with this. And please tell me visa costs and how long it may take to get the visa if you know. But, please provide me links and information as I have to lodge it soon or later. And at the time of visa processing can I go to India as I am planning to after I got my PR and come back with my wife once she get the spouse visa.

Thanks&regards,
Rathna.
