A great big GOT IT!!!
Well I posted my application for a de-facto spouse visa to the AHC in London on Tuesday 22 November 2005 and it was approved 15 minutes ago!!! Turned around in two weeks - can you believe it?!
I am so excited I am actually shaking and certainly can't concentrate on my work anymore - Australia here I come - we are flying on 2 January 2006.
Thanks to everyone on this site who helped with all my stupid questions when I was putting together my application.

Congrats Rosie, we are in almost exactly the same position. Submitted mine on 24th Nov to London and got an email on 29th asking for confimation that my kids ae already Aussie citizens. Dropped their citizenship docs in next days and had visa confimed on 2nd Dec. I nearly fell off my chair and had to get my other half to read the confimation email before I could believe it.
