got visas in hand...BUT!!!
HI ALL FINALLY GOT VISAS IN HAND AFTER WAITING NEARLY 12 MONTHS WHOOPPPEEEEEEE but our buyer for the house has we think, just pulled out he has apparently not got the building certificates for the loft conversion that hes had done for his house! "the muppet".He is apparently a builder ,so the idea of him not having this said certificate seems like a cock and bull story to us! and the buyers have decided to pull out!. leaving us in the lurch as we have our leaving do on 23rd sept, hahahah what a nightmare ,we also have both put in our notice for work, so again what a nightmare hahahaha. keep laughing is the new motto for us, just like the visa process has been ,keep smiling.

God your heads must be all over the place!! Congratulations on the Visa but sorry to hear about the house sale. We've just taken ours off the market and and are going to rent it out now.

Well done on your Visas first of all.
Now my sister went to Oz and left her house which wasn't sold at the time the hands of the estate agent. A little risky but she did it, it sold and that was that. She is now living in Oz with little girl and is happy. Leave it in the hands of a solicitor and a good neighbour or relitive and all will be well.
Now you miserable thing go and celebrate congrats
