Text from better half at work, Phone me! Call from agent, Congratulations you have now been granted your 175 visa. Confirmation e-mail there when I got home last night, Now we are all stunned we have to make our minds up whether to take the plunge and head for Oz. Lots of thinking to do

congratulations on your visa where in oz have you decided to go to, good luck with the move, we did it 16 months ago with 6 kids in tow can definitely say it was fun lol

DId you get your visa grant on a Saturday? Thought the COs would only work Monday to Friday! CONGRATULATIONS!

Visa granted Friday 12th December, took me by surprise so soon after posting medicals and PCC, only sent the med receipts and PCC last monday. Hopefully travelling to Oz in july to validate, have to try and find somewhere warm in July. Hoping to move to WA, had a trip there in October, loved the place. Found it much nicer than Brisbane or Sydney. All depends on the kids, one wants to go to Uni here after the summer and the other still has another year at school, don't want to move her and finish schooling in Oz. So much to think about.

I can understand that indian have to wait for longer time then other.. and thats because of indian nature and their dids in aus. so far.

I also understand that getitng visa is privilege not my right but there should be some timeline.. waiting for 12months is too much..though i have online aplication...
