Time lines are as follows:
26/06/2009 Application received - processing commenced
26/06/2009 Application fee received
12/10/2009 Application being processed further
Form 80 submitted in December 2009
job verification done in January 2010.
In April 2010 many documents turned "MET" but some are "REQUESTED",
Medical and PCC requested on 16 June 2010
attended medical on 24 June 2010
8/07/2010 Further medical results referred
15/07/2010 Health requirements finalised
PCC received in DIAC on 14 July 2010.
Grant Letter 30/07/2010
But documents status of some documents is still "MET", "REQUESTED" and
"REQUIRED".

OP meant to inform other users that the online document checklist status in DIAC website is irrelevent, as there are cases where documents were still shown as required ,but the visa was approved. This happend with number of persons i know and here is a classical example for the same.
