Hi there,

Didn't have to do one, but for my evidence I wrote up my experience in a similar fashion. If you go to engineers australia they have a really good guide for having your skills assessed. From memory I think for each career episode it's split into three parts. A paragraph setting out the episode (50 words); a bit describing what you did (200 words); then a detail bit outlining the five main tasks you undertook in this episode (500 words). I think its more of a ball ache than anything else - its just demonstrating what you know.

Oh and tell him to get used to concrete, they seem to have an aversion to steel in Melbourne (well Bridges)

I did one. Just download the info from the website it is all self explanitory. Most important thing to remember it is not as scary as it seems:0)
If your OH went for chartered status it is the same thing.
